El Concilio California combines leadership training with intentional, community-based outreach to ensure low-income and historically underserved populations have access to timely information, civic participation opportunities, and trusted resources.
Through Civic Engagement, We Help Community Members:

Our outreach is bilingual, culturally responsive, and rooted in trust. We meet people where they are — in schools, community centers, neighborhood events, and through collaborative partnerships across the region.
