El Concilio California’s Immigration Legal Services team assists immigrants, refugees, Dreamers, and victims of domestic violence, ensuring access to vital services and pathways to citizenship. Led by experienced immigration attorneys and supported by immigration paralegals, services include citizenship, permanent residency, DACA, family petitions, green card petitions and renewals, and more.

Our programs focus on immigrant integration and empowerment, promoting self-sufficiency, safety, and stability in low-income immigrant communities.

Additional Immigration Programs

Legal Orientation Program for Custodians (LOPC) provides legal orientations for custodians of Unaccompanied Children released from Office of Refugee and Resettlement custody.

Immigration Court Help Desk (ICH) is a court-based legal education program for non-detained noncitizens in immigration court proceedings in San Francisco.

Asylum for Unaccompanied Children provides assistance for individuals seeking protection because they have suffered persecution or fear persecution in their home country.
